About This Service
Hardwood refinishing is one of the highest-return projects in any home — a floor that looks irreparably worn comes back to better-than-new condition for a fraction of replacement cost. The key phrase in our process is 'dustless' — we use containment systems and HEPA-filtered sanding equipment that captures over 99% of sanding dust before it reaches your home's air and surfaces. This is how refinishing should be done. Many contractors still do it the old way.

Why Kirkland & Eastside Homeowners Choose Moss Bay
The Eastside's housing stock has an enormous number of homes with original hardwood installed in the 1950s–1980s — oak and fir floors that are structurally sound but cosmetically worn. These floors are frequently worth refinishing rather than replacing, and we assess candidacy honestly during the estimate: if the floor is too thin to sand again, we'll tell you.
