Do you charge for estimates?
No — every estimate is free and done in person. We come to your home, measure accurately, and provide a written quote before any work begins.
How long does flooring installation take?
It depends on the material and square footage. LVP and laminate are fastest (1–2 days for a main floor). Hardwood installation typically takes 2–3 days. Tile is slowest due to grout curing time (2–5 days depending on scope). Refinishing takes 1–3 days of work plus cure time.
Do you move furniture?
We move standard furniture as part of the installation. Large items like pianos, pool tables, and built-ins need to be handled separately — we'll identify these during the estimate.
What is dustless refinishing?
Dustless refinishing uses HEPA-filtered containment systems that capture sanding dust at the source before it becomes airborne. Over 99% of dust is collected rather than spreading throughout your home. This is our standard process, not an upgrade.
Do you work with flippers and remodelers?

Is there a warranty on your work?
One year on workmanship for all installations and refinishing projects. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
Can I see samples before committing?
Yes — we bring relevant samples to the estimate visit, and we can direct you to our preferred suppliers for extended selection.
Do you work in new construction?
We work in both renovation and new construction — the process is the same, and new construction often has more straightforward subfloor conditions to work with.
